Uh! Oh! Sage is trying to pull up! (December 2, 2009)

This week, we have noticed Sage kind of pulling and pushing up on things. We have also noticed very "fresh" teeth marks on the edge of Sage's crib. Over the weekend, we ordered a lot of baby-proofing items, one of them a gummy protective strip to place on her crib to save her teeth (and the crib!). We also lowered her crib to prepare for when she stands up in it. Well....today we were getting ready to go meet Laena for lunch and I placed Sage in her crib while I finished getting ready. After less than 5 minutes, I went in to get Sage and she was trying to pull herself up using the rail. Her knees were kind of bent and she was a little frustrated at not being able to get up all the way. I ran to get the camera and was able to capture some of her pulling up. I fear the time is here for her to start pulling up on everything and then walking will be next! The real fun begins..... Sage trying to pull up in her crib (looks like she's peeking!)...
