Sage's new chair! (January 21, 2010)

Sage has a new chair and it is so cool!  I did not plan on getting her a new chair...it just kind of happened.  When we transitioned Sage out of her bouncy seat, I started looking at other types of chairs in which we could place her when we could not keep full watch over her.  We still use the exersaucer and swing but I wanted something else for her.  The only "older baby" chair I could find was a Swedish chair that was expensive.  I love it as it has a great design/colors & could be used by a baby/toddler until they are 30 lbs.  Due to the cost, I abandoned the idea of this chair.  

Sooo...Sage and I decided to go to a baby consignment store in South Tampa as I want to find additional stores to consign Sage's clothing, toys, etc.  When I walked into the baby gear room, I spotted a similar chair to the one I found and snatched it up!  It is also made by a Swedish company (Svan) and has such a sleek and modern design (compared to most baby gear)!  It is red/black so matches our decor.  The best part is the price was about 70-75% less than the new chair.  It is in mint condition - no scratches or stains!  Sage took a test-sit in the store and she seemed to really like the chair so we were SOLD!

Since we bought the chair, Sage has enjoyed sitting in it while playing with her toys/reading books.  The restraint is so unique....3 point with matching cloth and a button.  Amazingly, it really keeps her in the chair - no way to escape!  Following are some pics of Sage in her new fabulous & stylish chair - hope she enjoys it for awhile!
